ALPACA AMBER ALE
Amber Ale featuring our farmhouse yeast and generously hopped late to bring big aroma and flavour to balance the sweet maltiness of this amber ale.

ALT SKOOL BIER DUSSELDORF
Rich munich malty notes, Spalter hops and Altbier yeast results in a strong lager with a unique flavour and hop profile, rarely seen in the southern hemisphere. Limited release seasonal.

BOB'S YA DUNKEL
Big chocolate notes melds well in this malty winter
Rich, malty,german themed, and it’s our first lager.
Great for cold winter drinking.

DUCKHUNTER PALE ALE
Brewed primarily for the Unley Cricket Club, an easy drinking pale ale designed for thirsty cricketers returning from a warm day in field plundering runs and taking wickets.

PAY HOPPAGE BRETT IPA
Triple dry hopped and coming in at 8% ABV, lighter in body and a clean ale yeast to let the hops shine through.

PELLICOSIS GOLD SOUR GOLDEN ALE
Barrel fermented golden sour ale, with oats and rye. Complex sourness from native yeasts and bacteria, fermented in ex-wine barrels.

SCHWARZBIER DARK LAGER
Traditional Schwarzbier (black beer). Light roasty notes meld with the chocolate hints in this easy drinking lager of German decent.

ROCKY RYE PALE ALE
Our first beer, Rocky Rye Pale Ale takes it’s name from our first family pet, our much loved Golden Retreiver, ‘Rocky’. The Brett Trois yeast brings a fruity ester profile, and a good hit of rye in the grain bill adds some late spiciness in flavour.
